GoRVSM offers a technical workflow solution for your short-term operations RVSM authorization requirements. Leverage the technology expertise of an air operator management team with years of global experience.
GoRVSM guides you through the data collection process and meets with the FAA with the information that matters. Your GoRVSM team will deliver a comprehensive data package and actionable insight to the FAA to demonstrate operational and airworthiness requirements of your aircraft and crew.
The process for GoRVSM to obtain an LOA for your short-term operation is a smooth operation.
1) GoRVSM provides the customer with a checklist and taskcard to collect the required aircraft data needed for the desired SAO(s)
2) GoRVSM meets with the FAA to obtain the Short-term Operations LOA and provides the FAA with documentation to demonstrate that:
The aircraft meets the operational and airworthiness requirements
The crew meets the SAO training requirements to conduct the applicable special operation (e.g., RVSM, RNP-10, NAT HLA)
3) The FAA issues an Operations Safety System (OPSS) generated LOA for “Flight in Special Areas of Operation For Short-term Operations”.
4) The flight crew carries a copy of Short-term Operations LOA on the aircraft and returns a completed Non-Incident Statement to GoRVSM
upon completion of the flight.
Note: A single LOA will incorporate all SAOs that will be entered during the flight. For example, a flight from the U.S. to Europe will be issued an LOA for operations into RVSM and NAT HLA airspace.
We’ll ensure that you have a clear understanding of all authorization requirements.
GoRVSM well help you assess your needs, and leverage our expertise to synchronize technology people and process for a rapid data
package submission, review, approval and rollout to help keep your aircraft in motion in the areas of operation required.
Authorization Requirements: Airworthy transport category aircraft
GoRVSM issues an LOA for RVSM and oceanic
authorizations. Elan (GoRVSM Sister Company)
issues a Special Flight Permit or adds the aircraft
to its Letter of Deviation Authority (LODA) to go fly.
Authorization Requirements: Non-Airworthy transport category aircraft
GoRVSM issues an LOA for RVSM and oceanic
authorizations. A Designated Airworthiness
Representative (DAR) issues a Special Flight
Permit to go fly.
Do your aircraft fly to Europe? Our sister division @GoAeroMx can ensure your aircraft are not subject to equipage mandate and have your exemption logged in your ICAO flight plans form. NBAA explains why this is important:
